Apparently, the devices are no longer (only) sold by refurbed, but refurbed has become an international trading platform. The seller claims that the defective device (iPhone, where the display falls out of the case after about six months) was damaged in a fall or similar accident and sends a picture of a completely destroyed cell phone with the back completely demolished. The device was sent to the seller in perfect condition (except for the reported defect). This is confirmed by a total of three people and various photos. Cell phone broken and now gone (at the seller's), money gone and no solution in sight. Time to call a lawyer. That was the last time I bought anything from refurbed, and especially from this dealer. Ware retour geschickt und angeblich nie angekommen. Retourenschein verwendet von Global Phones und weiters habe ich die Bestätigung von der Annahme des Retourenpaketes. Den einzigen angeblichen Beweis, was Global Phones hat, ist ein Foto vom angeblichen Paket, mit irgendwelchen Folien drinnen, was nie von mir versendet worden ist. Kundenservice ist für die Katze. Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen, nicht seriös.

Global mobile attempted to charge me twice
I have bought 2 mobile phones from this shop, I have bought accessories and had repairs done, they aren't cheap and not all the repairs was done well, on the 15 December 25, I left my phone for a replacement screen glass, he said it would cost £40, I paid it up front, he gave no reciept as usual, he has never given a receipt for everything, I thought I was dealing with a honest shop who knew me, on the 22 December 25 today I went to collect my phone, there was 3 Asian males, and the owner asked me for another £40 and all the time was laughing, it seemed he was playing up to the other 2 Asian males, I told him I had already paid and he asked again for £40, I told him I had already paid him, he was laughing all the time and playing up to the other 2 males but was trying to make me pay twice, told him he was attempting to rob me and it was theft, he gave me my phone, I told him I will never come back and he was attempting to rob me,I'm a 70 year old man in bad health, and this person's behaviour is really bad
