Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Do not sign contract with global payments
Do not sign contract with global payment to process your payment. They create duplicate accounts or other ways to debit monthly from your account even though you cancel it. By the time you figure out they have done it, you will be charged for months. They will not refund you claiming that you had contract with them. Trying to get through some one will take hours and hours. Stay away.

Shocking after 6 years of dealing with…
Shocking after 6 years of dealing with Globalpay they have frozen our account due to chargebacks. Over the last 6 year's we've had 6 chargebacks, all but two had nothing to do with us. Sorting issues with them is impossible, they often don't take your calls, twice this year they have claimed to all be in a meeting. And today, after we've not had any money from our web sales for 5 days, and they've been saying there is no issue it must be a delay with their system, they now say they have been holding our funds since Thursday. The claim we hadn't contacted them. We have proof that we've tried to contact them by phone and email. If your trying to run a professional retail business then do not use them.

Never make contract with global payment to process your payment they are taking money without the notification and I tried to refund but the sTaff said they have a right to take a charges without notification what a joke this called day time Roberry I will never recommend this cheap company to any one

A big Fraud
try to avoid this one at any price, you pay 55 euros as first registration, then 50 euros annual fee for a card and then 10 euros to get your card. then you get a card with 300 euros limit not 6,500 euro as they say! totally bad service and no customer support by email, only calls with 2,99 euros per minute tariff. they totally rip people off, my worst experience ever!
