Found a getting harder to find bottle of Crawfords 5 star on Glenbotal website, ordered on Monday 8th June and received a well packaged bottle on the Thursday morning. I was kept well informed of the order, invoice and tracked delivery from purchase to arrival. I cannot complain about Glenbotal’s service, vast choice on their website so I’ll be returning to use again, happy customer, Thanks.

First time I’ve purchased from Glenbotal and would more than happily return. My purchase was for a family members 70th birthday treat. The team pulled all the stops out to get me the bottle delivered on a tight timeframe. Price seemed fair and comms from the team was good.

Delighted to discover a fondly enjoyed spirit from around 1980's, THE ORIGINALOLDBURY SHEEP DIP 8 YEAR OLD PURE MALT SCOTCH WHISKEY, a true delight now sadly replaced by another product in same name Newcomers to GLENBOTAL may order in confidence and quickly receive their choice of spirit splendidly packaged and conveyed by first class mail signed for. I wish you much enjoyment.

Pleased overall but a little stressed
I am really pleased with my overall experience with Glenbotal but I did have doubts after I placed my order and worried that the company was a scam. When I went back to the website, the WhatsApp link did not work and all the social media posts were from over a year ago. Then when I looked at the credit card entry the business type was a computer software store! I then could not find the company on Google Maps or on Comapny‘s house. However despite my worries my order arrived - it was well packed and on time. Glenbotal you really need to sort this out… you are probably putting people off and creating unnecessary stress. There are so many people out there trying to rip you off at the moment and you kind of look like one of them. … and I’m not sure your AI response helps 😆
