To much hype for a horrible hair salon

I I’ve been to this place a few times now and I always felt that I was coming to the right people. 2 days back I went for my hair and was being proposed that I should get the deep conditioning which would make my hair brighter. so I thought let me pamper myself, so they charge me €95 telling me that it’s a special product from Brazil and it would make my hair soft and lustrous. Today after wash my hair looks as worse as they look before €95. So having respect for the owner who is supposed to be the self proclaimed Brazilian hairdresser, I thought let me go and speak to him. The gentleman came to me and told me that he’s very tired, but he explained to me three months back he told me that there is a difference between keratin and the nourishmentTreatment, totally ignoring the fact that yesterday he sold me a treatment of 95 Euro with no results. So guys be aware as it is a lot of hype with very shallow character and honesty. Not only him but his colleagues try to explain to me that I should not expect miracle.
