Love the ability to keep track of…
Love the ability to keep track of things in one place. I wish there were things that you could use to track your protein, water, etc too! Something simple like an icon you click on for every 8 oz or something along those lines.

This app is exceptional for all GLP-1 & GIP users. It exceeds any tracker that I have tried. I personally use tirzepatide vials for my weight loss and maintenance goals. I have all my vials entered into this app (a simple scan of each prescription provides all information)and I elected to have them sorted by the BUD dates. The opened vial will track all shots and keeps updating the remaining mg. So awesome!! I can track all my vials, weight, and symptoms and get weekly reports on current status. The app is also loaded with information and tools to make the medications and processes understandable. I can’t say enough good things about this app and NO I am not an influencer, nor strive to be one; I am just an old lady who is working on improving my health and to satisfy my obsessive desire to understand the process!!

It's so informative. I love graphs and data and the weekly report is great. Seeing medication levels and personalised insights /tips based on tracked symptoms is very useful. And it's free!!
