prodotti orribili,antiquati e di esclusivo filato sintentico con targhetta made in Cina di scarsissima qualità spacciati per pregiati moderni e di ottima fattura. spedizioni che impieganno mesi perchè in modo truffaldino i prodotti non solo non corrispondo al richieato ma vengono prodotti nella Cina meridionale con tutte le negatività del caso. l negozio fa capo ad una società cinese mentre mostra i suoi prodotti come stile italiano e con "sconti" stratosferici fino all'80/100 % perchè si avvale della manodopera cinese che sfrutta in tutta evidenza.

Chinese scam. I only have myself to blame for ordering from this site, because the overwhelming number of negative comments say everything there is to say. It is clear from the poor English/Grammar, that the few positive comments have been written by someone who does not speak fluent English, or have used AI; the business is based in Hong Kong. These are cheap Chinese rip-offs, using photographs of genuine, quality products to sell their rubbish! The company have no concept of UK Trading Standards legislation, their refund policy is a lie, and they will inform the buyer they have to pay return costs. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!

Orribili! Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe tramite Givalli, ma il prodotto ricevuto è completamente diverso da quello mostrato nelle immagini dell’inserzione. Dalle foto pubblicate, le scarpe sembravano essere realizzate in pelle e con suola in cuoio, dando l’idea di un prodotto di qualità. In realtà, quelle ricevute sono tutt’altra cosa: materiale che sembra plasticaccia e suola in gommaccia, con una qualità decisamente scadente e ben lontana da quella che le immagini lasciavano intendere. Ritengo quindi che il prodotto ricevuto non corrisponda a quello rappresentato e pubblicizzato al momento dell’acquisto. Ho già contattato il venditore per contestare la non conformità e richiedere il reso con rimborso integrale dell’importo pagato. Una delusione totale: le scarpe ricevute non hanno nulla a che vedere, per materiali e qualità, con quelle mostrate nelle fotografie. Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto.

Gave them a 1 cos couldn’t do 0 this company is an absolute scam placed my order after a month still not received they kept emailing me saying was with the courier but they wouldn’t give me name of courier or tracking reference they just kept asking for a new delivery address which i provided 8 times. Did charge back through my bank to get refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEYRE TERRIBLE
