The level of unprofessionalism…
The level of unprofessionalism displayed by Employee in Finance department is completely unacceptable. I don't know his name. He is a guy with a beard sitting near the end of the room. Their tone throughout our interaction was blatantly hostile, dismissive, and entirely devoid of basic professional courtesy. Rather than offering assistance, they approached the situation with unwarranted arrogance and poor communication. Management needs to address this employee's conduct immediately, as their current demeanor is a direct hindrance to productive work."

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Gisma University of Applied Sciences campus in Germany. The team gave us a warm welcome and a detailed campus tour. I was impressed by the modern facilities, international learning environment, and the support available to students. A special thanks to Marie for her hospitality and for patiently answering all our questions. It was a valuable and enjoyable experience!

I had an outstanding experience with GISMA University of Applied Sciences, and I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation for my programme advisor, Abigail Kusi. Abigail has been incredibly supportive, professional, patient, and caring throughout my entire application journey. She was always available whenever I had a question or concern and consistently took the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through each step. Her prompt responses, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a significant difference and made what could have been a stressful process much easier and more comfortable for me. What I appreciate most about Abigail is that she genuinely cares about her students. She always made me feel heard, supported, and confident that I was on the right path. Even when I faced difficulties or had concerns about my application, she remained patient and encouraging and did her best to help me find a solution. I am truly grateful for all the time, effort, kindness, and support Abigail has given me. She represents GISMA in an excellent way and is a wonderful example of what a dedicated programme advisor should be. I would highly recommend GISMA University of Applied Sciences, especially because of the exceptional support I received from Abigail. Thank you, Abigail, . I sincerely appreciate everything you have done for me.
