GIOVANCO, a Hong Kong officed company. delivered a part of my order a month late. The quality was appalling. The stitching on the jacket was flawed and the jacket smelled of petrol. I have asked GIOVANCO whose website is GIOVANCO dot com to arrange a return and to cancel the rest of the order Can update that GIOVANCO agreed to cancel the pending parts of the order but there was a battle to get even half of a refund for "reject" goods- goods priced at Marks and Spencer's costs but which are factory rejects. Even worse, with zip broken, S being sent so big it is XXL, but the package smelt of petrol. So as a result of days of negotiation I'm getting half a refund for the company's mistake. As said, these items are coming in at $70 a jacket- there is no reason at all why they cannot make profit by providing a good quality product.

Order number GV01145389. If there is an option of zero, the company will definitely be getting a zero. The order was made on the 15th June 2026, and till today 11th of August 2026, no shipping information was provided, needless to say the items will be or were delivered. When the customer services was contacted, they responded with flimsy excuses that the items are still being produced, and also mentioned that "the unshipped portion of the order is being processed and will be shipped as planned" while none was never shipped nor shipping information been provided. No shipping or delivery information is yet to be provided as at this minute, two months after the order is been placed. I might be forced to flag the company as fraud if no immediate and reasonable action is taken.
