I purchased the PIB pro vocal booth…
I purchased the PIB professional vocal booth from Gik Acoustic. I had previously recorded in untreated rooms, and from the first recording in the PIB, I understood what it meant to record in an acoustically treated space. The difference was clear and pleasantly positive. I must say that the booth's roof does an excellent job of counteracting reflections from the ceiling. The booth requires no assembly and can be assembled in just a few minutes. Gik Acoustic's advice and professionalism throughout the process were truly impeccable. The sound was clean and balanced right from the start. I believe that for those who don't have the opportunity to record in professional studios and can't acoustically treat their room, this is an excellent alternative.

I had an excellent experience with GIK Acoustics. Many thanks to Isis and Jessica for their outstanding customer service, patience, and professionalism throughout the entire process. I received my Tri-Traps, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the product. I highly recommend GIK Acoustics to anyone looking for high-quality acoustic treatment and exceptional customer support.

Bad problem solution management
They are responsive when it comes to answering emails, but their issue resolution process leaves much to be desired. My order arrived with incorrect mounting hardware and outdated documentation. When I contacted them to discuss compensation for the time lost and the additional effort required to obtain the correct mounts, the conversation was handled in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. I expected a higher level of customer service and a more effective approach to resolving problems from this company.

I reached out to GIK for a room design
I reached out to GIK for a room design. Unfortunately I received a generic response which did not take the room layout or the system into account whatsoever. I politely explained my disappointment by email and received no response. This is a company I was planning to place a 6 figure order with. Really disappointing customer service.
