Very conscientious and kind!
Your company has always been very professional, conscientious and kind. All of the customer service both locally in the US, and particularly in Zaparyzhia, Ukraine, has been more than outstanding. Always prompt and very courteous. The beautiful flower bouquets have always been fresh and noticeably lovingly put together. On one occasion a certain stuffed toy was not available, so the local office in Zaparyzhia replaced it with an even nicer, larger cute toy! And most recently, GiftBasketsOverseas added a Free box of Mozart marzipan chocolates to the flower arrangement! When every day is a tremendous struggle for her to stay alive, you have brought joy and hope to Tatyana, her family and beloved family pets in Zaparyzhia, Ukraine. You are simply the best! Thank you so much! God Bless!

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. Maybe even -50, if I could. Emailed me 30 min before delivery on a 2 year anniversary to tell me it was delayed. What an absolute scam, and also very overpriced. Not even worth it, ladies and gentlemen, save your money for some other gift, from some other company. Take my word. I am filing a fraudulent case with my credit card company, reporting to Florida Attorney General.
