One star is over rated for this product and company - at best packing tape. I ordered one box of the product to trial it at a cost of £22, I was sent 10 and charged £91. The company said they'd cancel the order but didn't, weeks later it arrived from China, no packing note, no return address. They offered 50% refund but never actioned it, so we are now in dispute. There is a money back guarantee on the box. There are fake certification for clinical proven (their grammar), GMP manufactured, natural product. I am in dispute with them as they have not followed through on cancelling the order, returning it, refunding the money, or anything else that they have said. They should not be trading outside China, as they do not have the trading standards required for such products in western society. ASA should have something to say about their claims

I ordered from this company June 20 2026, they took my payment and I never received the product. I have tried to contact them but to no avail.

Not even one star
Not even one star. Gfouk’s Berberine patches are not as advertised. Customer service non-existent. I was charged twice for 4 boxes and my requests for cancellation were ignored. Don’t buy anything from this fraudulent company.

Update: the product was received. The packaging is not as advertised, the product is not made in the USA. And is not safe for people with autoimmune as advertised. Come to find out that the ingredients in this product will interfere with my autoimmune medication possibly resulting in death. Naturally one would ask how to submit for a return and full refund. Don’t rely on the return/refund guarantee. They start negotiating and tell you that they don’t accept returns and they don’t issue refunds. I have now disputed the purchase with my credit card. Fingers crossed that the consumer actually wins against these people. I have to provide a 1 because a zero doesn’t allow me to write the truth about this company. I placed an order for there weightloss patch; I never received a confirmation of order and they charged my credit card. Now I’m praying that I can dispute the charge as a scam and win. I don’t typically order online and I will not do it ever again. I knew it was to good to be true. Better yet, my receipt shows a business name and address that sells furniture not weight loss products or health aids. No customer service contact…very disappointed that people are to lazy do to real work for a living.

Eigentlich null Sterne
Eigentlich null Sterne, geht ja aber leider nicht?! Die Pflaster halten überhaupt nicht und verabschieden sich schon nach 10 Minuten -also auch 0,0 Wirkung😡. Voller Betrug und zurückschicken kann man den Mist auch nicht!!! Betrüger!!!! Bitte spart er ich euer Geld….
