Customer Services were very responsive with my questions regarding the Lactose Intolerant test, and ensured my very detailed questions were answered throughly and double checked everything with the laboratory as well. We feel rest assured knowing we are able to conduct the test knowledgeable Thank you to Klara for your prompt and detailed replies.

Good customer support, Real humans, Also it’s not a scam, I actually received the product… Chip-chip-Cherio And best of luck with any test results you guys might have…. The game is not over yet We still have the capability to rise above any situation we find ourselves in

Ordered wrong kit by accident- no problem at all
I ordered the wrong kit and they sent me the correct one with no extra charge. How people do one thing is how they do everything and I have been very impressed with every part of the process.

Auf der Webseite wollte ich mich informieren und es es wird auch ermutigt Mitarbeiter zu kontaktieren...zwischen 24 und 48 Werktagen wird sich dann ein Mitarbeiter melden war das Resultat...nicht euer Ernst???

Do not use this company!!
I am absolutely furious that having spent £300 on two major tests requiring saliva, that on Sunday night as had to do the Melotonin then, I was obliged to send an urgent msg to an AI chat about crucial missing saliva collection tubes. I was advised that i now had a Ticket and would be responded to within 24-48 hours. Two days later I still have not received anything to what I had stated was ‘extremely urgent’, as I’d already started one of the four tests required (needing 7 collection tubes) before I realised that it was missing tubes for the other three tests. That is one hell of a lot of money that I had entrusted to a company that speaks v highly of itself. I also needed those test results urgently, like many people do, 24/48 hours is way too long for anyone to be responded to!! There is absolutely no other of way of communicating with anyone at all, other than by this futile AI method with its pathetic Ticket system. Blood tests are serious issues and of course whilst I can’t complete the test, once the box is opened, no refund - but how would anyone know anything was missing until they opened it??! This company has absolutely no integrity, no customer service, no way on Earth to talk to a human. Disgraceful, so I’ve been left anxiously awaiting for over two days for someone to reach me with answers and I can’t even talk sense with someone - and they have my money and I have no blood results - it’s a scam!
