**Conflicting advice left my money…
**Conflicting advice left my money effectively locked for 12 months** Extremely disappointed with my experience with Stake. I contacted their support team specifically because I wanted to understand the consequences of the actions I was taking with my account. Unfortunately, I received conflicting and unclear advice from different members of support. As a direct result, I have now ended up in a position where my money is effectively locked and I am unable to invest or properly use those funds for **12 months**. This isn't a minor inconvenience. When a financial platform is dealing with customers' money, its support team needs to provide clear, accurate and consistent information, particularly where a decision can result in such a significant restriction. Had the consequences been properly explained to me at the time, I would never have proceeded in the way I did. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I contacted support precisely to avoid making a mistake. Instead of protecting me from doing the wrong thing, the conflicting guidance contributed to the situation I am now stuck in. I would strongly recommend that anyone using Stake obtains absolute clarification before making any account changes that could affect access to their funds. I would also like Stake to properly review my support conversations, acknowledge the conflicting advice I was given, and provide a fair resolution rather than simply leaving me unable to use my money for the next 12 months. **Title: Conflicting support advice left my money locked for 12 months**

Stake Property Investing has not been communicating with me and letting me know what has been happening with tenancy and refused to pay compensation for the shares fraction payments for the properties where they had not had tenants over nearly a year and Dubai should have a law that Real Estate Companies should be liable to pay compensation
