AVOID — charged US$279.99 for a £20 UK ETA I mistakenly used Get My Visa Fast when arranging a UK ETA for my daughter. I was charged US$279.99—approximately C$400—for something that costs only £20 through the official UK government website. I realized immediately after paying that this was a private third-party company. Because I was uncomfortable sending my daughter’s passport and photograph to them, I did not provide those documents and asked for a refund. The company refused, even though: They never received her passport or photograph. They could not submit an ETA application without that information. No application was submitted by them. No government reference number or ETA was provided. No completed service or work product was delivered. They claimed that the entire fee was non-refundable because they had assigned a “dedicated paralegal” who was waiting for my documents. In my view, assigning someone to wait for information is not the same as completing a US$279.99 expedited processing service. They offered an application credit instead of returning my money. Their email said the credit would be valid for 18 months, while their published refund policy stated that credits were valid for 12 months. We then applied directly through the official UK government website for £20. The ETA was approved within minutes, making the expensive “Super Rush” third-party service completely unnecessary. I accept that I should have checked the website and price more carefully before paying. However, I do not believe it is reasonable to retain US$279.99 when no passport information was provided, no government application was submitted, and no ETA was obtained by the company. Please apply only through the official UK government website: GOV.UK. Third-party websites cannot obtain a faster decision from the UK government.

WARNING: SCAM SITE! Extremely misleading pricing ($200 vs £20)
Do not use this site! It is a deceptive third-party service that mimics official processes to charge astronomical fees. The official UK ETA costs £20, but this company charged $200 without transparently displaying the total costs during the application process. When requested an immediate cancellation, they refused to refund the money and sent aggressive canned emails attempting to justify their ridiculous markups. Apply strictly through the official government website (gov.uk). I have reported this transaction as fraud/chargeback to my bank.

Total scam service
Total scam service. I was charged $200 for a free visa and I never got the visa. I requested them to follow the law of data protection about my personal details, no response. Customer service also promises things they don't stick to. DON'T USE THIS!!!!!

Sito assolutamente da evitare, fanno pagare centinaia di euro visti che vengono rilasciati gratuitamente dalle autorità statali camuffandosi da siti ufficiali con la complicità di Google che te li propone prioritariamente nella ricerca. Ritengo opportuno che le autorità di tutela dei consumatori se ne occupino. Procederò con formale denuncia alle autorità competenti.

Scammed! Don't trust this website. I was that my sons name was misprinted and that I had to send a new photo. I sent 8 new photos after an hour I asked for an update, nothing. I contacted the support email as there is no phone number (or reviews) they replied 5 hours later which at that point I had missed my flight and had applied directly through the government uk website, it cost £20ish compared to $270 that i paid for and never received anything apart from an email telling me that it was my fault, no updates no refund.
