Horrendous Customer Service - Unsafe Goods
I ordered a WUFFY dog. The item I received looked nothing like the advert on the WUFFY website. The item was unsafe for a child to play with. It was made of hard plastic and the battery cover was exposed. I contacted the company immediately to ask for a refund and a return address. They would not provide a return address instead they offered for me to keep the item and they would offer me a refund of 10%. I refused and they then offered 30% which was increased to 40% then 70%! I kept reiterating that I did not want an unsafe item in my home. I told them not to bother negotiating as I was not interested. I finally received an address to which I returned the item recorded delivery. I screenshot the notification to show that it had been delivered. They replied saying 'in rare cases a refund could take up to 14 days'. Guess what 14 days have passed and I haven't received a refund. I have emailed them and awaiting a reply. If I have no luck I will be referring to Trading Standards.

Finger weg davon! Leider ist es nicht möglich, keinen Stern zu geben. Das Video zum kleinen süßen Spielzeughund hat micu neugierig gemacht. Das optimale Geschenk zum Geburtstag unserer Tochter. Angebot für 29,95€...ohne Auswahlmöglichkeit kamen noch eine Garantie dazu...zum Schluss 39,97€ Geliefert nach 13Tagen. (Warum steckt unter der Luftpolsterfolie noch eine kleine Edelstahlplatte?) Was für eine Enttäuschung...das Hündchen was max halb so groß wie im Verhältnis des in den Video gezeigten Hund. Das "Fell" ein schlecht aufgeklebter Stofffetzen, klapprige Plastik als Körper. Batterien eingelegt... schon fing das Ding unkontrolliert "zu bellen"(eher quietschen an. Enttäuschung ist groß... Support kontaktiert... von Rückgaberecht Gebrauch gemacht...aber bevor eine Adresse zur Rücksendung kam, wurden mir 25/45/70% Rückerstattung in 3 Emails angeboten...was versteht man nicht unter dem Satz "Nein,danke.Ich möchte den Artikel zurück senden und das Geld zurück erstattet bekommen.“? Zu guter Letzt war der Rückversand noch auf meine Kosten, mit der bitte des Händlers mit Sendenummer, also 7,49€ Versand. Habe es heut bei der Post abgegeben. Zur Rückzahlung gebe ich später Feedback.

Not the Dog We Ordered
No instruction in the box received. Finally figured out to add batteries. When turned, dog would only yap and move its legs, not what the ad showed or what the box showed. Accordingly, we want to return it and get a refund

If you get scammed by ts website you deserve it
If you have the mental capacity of a lunatic goldfish anyone could tell this product was a scam. Everything on the website is AI generated even the reviews. It doesn't take someone this many hints for you to see it's a drop shipping scam. For all those who got scammed you deserve it. Maybe it will teach on how to buy things you can trust

Wuffy is a scam
this dog was supposed to arrive with a cable as advertised. While the robot dog looks lovely it did not have a cable just a cheap battery compartment. dog does nothing like it's advertised and when I tried to complain they sent nonsensical responses claiming that the toy hadn't reached me and was still in transit even though I had it a few days. Total scam and I called them out and I saw today that despite all the bad reviews they are still selling the toy. What are Trade Descriptions doing about all the complaints.
