Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Requested a Refund for a Product Never Received - Fizzclean is a Scam
Today is July 8, 2026 and I am still waiting for a response from Fizzclean on a refund for the products that were never received. I have tried to call their company again and after being on hold for 10 minutes, the phone disconnects. On June 14th, I ordered by mistake the slot that had four times the $15.95 for Fizz Clean which was not very clear, and I didn't realize that it was going to cost me $90.79. I immediately caught the mistake on the next date June 15th and contacted Customer Service by telephone to request that my order be canceled and was told by the representative that it would be. The next day I noticed on June 16th that the $90.79 had cleared my bank so I made another call to Customer Service at Fizz Clean and was told that the order had already been shipped which I knew was not true because they were advertising on the website how it may take 6-10 days to ship the order because they had so many orders being placed. It has been extremely difficult trying to get my refund. I placed another call to Customer Service, and I was told when the items are received to return them, and then I would get a refund, but that I had to pay for shipping. It has been 13 days since I placed the order, and I’ve still not received the Fizz Clean products. I sent an email requesting an updated status on Thursday, June 25th and was told by a representative that I would get a response within 24 hours. I have just received the response on today Saturday, June 27th stating to be patient because of the overwhelming orders being received and that a representative would get back to me. Please do not order Fizz Clean. You can get the same product at Amazon or Walmart for as little as five dollars because it’s overpriced at Fizz Clean. I found out all of this information after I had placed the order. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not order this product because customer service is going to read you a script and it seems as though it will be very difficult to receive your products or your refund if at all. If I do not get a favorable response by the end of next week I am going to report them to the BBB. Below is my response to Fizzclean on June 29, 2026: I have provided my order number as well as my phone number and I would appreciate it if someone would give me a call. I have been trying to call your company and I’m receiving a message that all agents are busy to contact you by email and then the phone hangs up. Below is Fizzclean response to me on July: 2, 2026 Hello Debra, Thank you for sending over your order details. We've been able to locate your order and have assigned an agent to review your case further. Our team is eager to work with you to resolve this ASAP. ____________________ Response received on June 30, 2026. Hi Debra, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Since we were unable to locate your order based on the details provided, we have requested further information by email. Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg!!!
Habe mich aufgrund von Werbung für ein Toilettenreinigungspulver interessiert. Weil das von der Seite geschickt angestellt wurde und ich nicht aufgepasst habe, habe ich erst über die PayPal-Kaufbestätigung gemerkt, dass ich für ein Pack mit 5 Einzeltütchen über 70€ bezahlt habe. Habe SOFORT storniert, hable Strunde später kam die Antwort, dass ein Storno nicht mehr angenommen werden kann, weil das Produkt bereits versendet wurde (!!!! - das schafft nicht mal Temu, und sie sind wirklich schnell). Die Zahlung bei PayPal habe ich rückgängig gemacht, interessanter Weise war der Kaufbetrag in drei Einzelsummen aufgegliedert, inkl. einer ominösen Garantie, wobei die Summe der einzelnen Beträge nicht meinen Kaufbetrag ergab (keine große Abweichung, aber Abweichung). Ausserdem wurde von PayPal als Transaktionsdatum der Vortag angegeben, was ich immer noch sehr komisch finde (meine diesbezügliche Reklamation bei PayPal endete immer wieder im gleichen Kreis beim Chatbot). Ein gut funktionierendes vergleichbares Produkt gibt es im Handel für 3,49-5€ je nach Hersteller. Nie wieder...

Achtung! Ein betrügerischer Shop. Es wird angeblich ein schäumender Reinigungsschaum angeboten. Dieser funktioniert nicht - und schäumt nicht einmal. Ich kann nur von jeglicher Bestellung abraten!!!!
