Terrible service, product not delivered!
My first experience wasn;t great with delivery but it was sorted out and I completely fell in love with their product:-) I bought more. 4 start for price - it is not cheap. But absolutely beautiful products.

Updated: Gen See have since responded and kindly refunded me for the eyeshadow that doesn't suit me. I previously bought a mixed media eyeshadow and was very happy with it so I bought more which, unfortunately, doesn't suit me. I have emailed gen see 5 times asking to return the product but I haven't had a reply. Very poor customer service. Although I like the products for being clean and vegan, I won't buy from them again because of the lack of communication.

The order never arrived and I sent…
The order never arrived and I sent multiple emails with no response. Finally they got back to me almost a month from original purchase with a replacement order not reflecting NY sales tax or shipping charges. Two days later the replacement order was showing as not shipped, at this point almost one month later I cancelled. They sent me a cancellation on the replacement order without the tax and shipping, saying not refunded yet. No email follow up or apology. Buyer beware. There are no comments on a lot of their Instagram posts.

Love their liquid eye shadow
I have the Rose Water and Hollywood liquid eye shadows from Gen See. I love them. They apply really easily and last all day. The scent from the metallic one is divine. I recommend these eye shadows. I got the brush to apply them and that's great too. I look forward to buying other shades and products.

Customer service is non-responsive when return requested
Ordered online after seeing several ads on Instagram---that should have been my first red flag! My order arrived quicker than expected and was packaged nicely. I ordered liquid eye shadows, mascara, and a lip gloss that came with lip liner. These are advertised as "clean" products, however the eye shadow immediately caused a burning sensation on my lids and caused them to swell a bit. This has never happened to me with clean products in the past. I emailed customer service and requested a return. I received a response saying they could send me new eye shadow colors at no cost or they would send me a shipping label and asked that I return my order. I requested the shipping label----this was 3 days ago and I have received no response back from them. I went on to their website to contact customer service and after reading their return policy, their policy states that they will refund any orders, minus shipping cost, if requested within 30 days....it says nothing about returning the product. I don't care about returning the product, because I am not going to use it, but their email was different than their online policy. Regardless, I emailed them again and STILL have not heard anything back. I will give them another day before disputing the charge with my cc. Side note---the mascara I ordered was BONE DRY. Completely old and unusable. The other eye shadows had a very sweet scent---didn't smell bad, but I can't imagine they are truly "clean" products if they have scent. Also of note, all of the products are extremely small---they would not last long and because of the size are certainly overpriced. The lip gloss felt nice going . It was not a good color on me, and prior to their non-responsive customer service, I likely would have ordered other colors to try. But now, I will never shop them again. Buyer beware!!
