Appalling customer service
After ordering extensions for my holiday I realised that the very long delivery time of NINE DAYS would mean they came a day late. Anxiously I asked that they come a day before the NINE DAY lead time to be told yes if I pay £10.99 next day delivery. When I explained that it was only a day early and that price was not reflective of Royal Mail prices anyway and very high. They confirmed that they were ready and could have been shipped that day! I was basically told oh well hope they get there. I won’t receive my extensions so they go back by courier at a cost to the company??? I don’t know what the extensions are like but second the experiences listed that customer service just don’t care at all and aren’t willing to help in the slightest. Not the service you would expect from a respected brand? Gee hair really need to buck their ideas up and get rid of the dead wood that simply don’t care enough to push through deliveries and answer requests adequately for this expensive item. Absolute cheap rubbish!!

Extremely disappointed with GEE Hair
Extremely disappointed with GEE Hair – warranty feels meaningless I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience with GEE Hair. I purchased a 22” Soul M8 in Chocolate, and after less than two months of wear, the hair became so dry, tangled and unmanageable that I consider it completely unwearable. I followed an appropriate aftercare routine and have provided photographs and information to support my concerns. The hair has not been worn since my original quality claim because the condition is simply that poor. I’ve actually had to purchase a completely new set from elsewhere at my own expense because I had no choice. What is particularly frustrating is that GEE advertise a 12-month guarantee, which gives you the impression that you are protected if something goes wrong. In reality, when you make a claim, they can simply state that they don’t believe it is a manufacturing issue and therefore refuse to resolve it. In my opinion, this is exactly what has happened here. I firmly believe the issue is related to the way the product has been manufactured and the quality of the hair itself, not how it has been cared for. Hair becoming effectively unwearable after less than two months is simply not acceptable for a product of this price. Despite raising the issue and providing evidence, no satisfactory resolution has been offered. I’m left feeling that the 12-month guarantee is effectively meaningless if the company can dismiss a genuine quality issue as “not manufacturing” without properly addressing the underlying problem. I expected much better from GEE Hair and would strongly recommend anyone considering purchasing from them to think carefully about how useful that 12-month guarantee actually is if you experience a quality issue.

Baby Framers Great product. I always buy from Gee Hair. My shade is sand balayage. The baby frames are just perfect for me as I haven't got many hair on the sides of my head. These are perfect. Baby frames Adds a bit of volume and covers up my thinning places. Makes me feel more confident and more pretty. Order #28939
