They robbed us we asked them several times if we can returned what we’ve bought and they said yes of course they will give us back the money Today we went to returned them back they’ve refused to not good they are the biggest lier in Italy such a foolish shop I don’t recommend it at all

I needed to return a sweatshirt I bought online. I had bought the only available size as I could not find the sweatshirt in my size in their store search (which didn't work correctly). However, I happened across the right one and therefore tried to return the online purchase. The online purchase had already cost me double comparable delivery costs but I then found out they would be taking £6 in return fees from my refund. The 'bargain' sweatshirt has lost me 33% of the total of what I paid in shipping fees. I won't be giving them my money again.

Missing item, no refund over a moth
On July 6, I placed order for multiple products online. While the other items arrived, the silk scarf I purchased wasn't included in the delivery. Their package didn't enclose any list, it's clear that the package content had not been checked properly. I contacted their customer support immediately, however, there has not been any meaningful update for a month. At one point, they even asked me about the package label. Don't they have such basic information on their side??? In 2026, it should be all trackable from the order number I provided. I think they are using a broken system to process, manage, and track orders from customers. I'm going to report this to an authority and contact my bank to reverse the payment of the missing item. Be careful, never buy from this website.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after today's experience at the Benetton store in Nea Smyrni, I feel I have to. My daughter's grandparents bought her several items of clothing as a gift. I had been away on a business trip, so when I finally returned home and went to exchange the clothes for a different size, I discovered I was just over a week past the 30-day exchange period. I completely understand that stores have policies. What I cannot accept is the way I was treated. The sales assistant spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, repeatedly telling me that "it's clearly written on the receipt" and that "the computer won't accept it because it has expired," without showing the slightest willingness to help or even listen. I politely explained that I had been away for work and asked if I could speak to the store manager. She told me there was no manager. A few minutes later, another employee confirmed that there is a manager, but she "wasn't there" and they had no idea when she would be back. So which answer was true? When I asked how I could file a complaint, I was simply told there was an email address somewhere. I then asked if they could provide it, and the response was, "You can find it yourself on the website." The complete lack of professionalism, empathy and basic customer service was honestly shocking. What makes this even more disappointing is that my in-laws have been buying clothes for my children from Benetton every few months for years, and on previous occasions exchanges have been accepted after the deadline. This time, not only was there no flexibility, but I was treated as though I was asking for something unreasonable. My advice to anyone considering buying gifts from Benetton: unless you are absolutely certain about the size, think twice. If the recipient cannot exchange the items within exactly 30 days—even if they are brand new, with tags attached, and only a few days late—you may be left with clothes that cannot be used. I left the store feeling powerless, disappointed, and with a bag full of brand-new clothes that my daughter cannot wear. Benetton Nea Smyrni has lost loyal customers today—not because of its exchange policy, but because of the way it treats people.
