I purchased a bird box with camera for my wife for Christmas. Within 3/4 weeks of installing you can clearly see the bird box has a leak and visable mould is growing inside the box which will be harmful for the bird that is already visiting the box. When I contacted gardenature and provided pictures of the mould I was informed to lightly disinfectant the box and relocate the box to a more sheltered location. I was not happy with this advice as I feel the visiting bird will not go in the box once we have used disinfectant. I requested a refund for the box (not the camera) I was told no refund will be issued as the box isn’t faulty (although it is leaking). This is a very expensive product and absolutely not worth the money. They also said I had modified the box by fixing it to a high post and putting a wooden perch on the front (my previous cheaper boxes that I bought locally all had a perch and never leaked)

Loved this bird box poor customer service
Loved this bird box, brilliant picture from the camera. Lead from camera to solar panel din not in the box. Numerous phone call always please press hash and some one will get back to you that took a week. Voice messages galore left. Did eventually get e mail wanting pictures of the leads, by then I had returned it as customer service practically non existent

If you are interested in your garden birds then this Solar Powered bird box kit is what you need. I have 2 situated at least 40 feet from my house and still get a great signal, both boxes are being used by House and Hedge Sparrows, (one of them did have Blue Tits in it but the Sparrows evicted them!!!. I have had the Solar Power one since Oct24 and charged it once before use and it has never needed charging from house socket again (still 100%), the panel certainly does it's job. I would thoroughly recommend Gardenature, the only grievance I have is the slow response from them if you have a problem or query. The Nestbox itself is made very well but it's a pity that they didn't have 2 screwholes to affix it to a wall, where we are can get pretty windy so I drilled another hole for a sturdier fixing. The Nestera App is very easy to download and negotiate also. So pleased with it *****

Gardenature offers well-made products
Gardenature offers well-made products, but some issues can arise. I faced vague instructions and a slow response to initial queries. Faulty components, like mislabeled solar panels, caused frustration. On the positive side, their customer service was quick to resolve problems, ensuring functionality. Mixed experience overall, but good support once contacted.

Spent £189 on camera and box
Spent £189 on camera and box. Left down alleyway by couriers for 2days before found. Went to set up and no lead for solar panel. Complained they sent new lead. Fit solar panel but wrong connections to camera. Complained again and received adapter which didn’t fit. Fed up disappointed,angry. Sent it back. Never again. Man said he had quite a few with same problem DO NOT RECOMMEND
