I put in an order for some gold, never received any notification to add friend, the only e-mail i received that I may have used the incorrect e-mail address, why are you trying to notify me by e-mail when you should be friending me to deliver the gold?

Purchased a catalyst for destiny from these guys and spent the next 6 hours trying to contact them through Facebook discord and the AI chat bot on their website to no avail. It says they're open 24/7 but I'm not really sure if that's true. Unfortunate. Update: it's two days later and nobody ever reached out. It says that they viewed my message on Facebook but they haven't responded. They literally took my money and did nothing. Not cool, wouldn't recommend this company. Update: approximately 7 days have passed and I received an email from them telling me to except their discord friend request and "We also apologize for the issues with our live chat. The app we used was unexpectedly removed from the App Store, and we're currently replacing it, which unfortunately caused us to miss your messages" sounds fishy and also doesn't explain why they left me on read on Facebook and didn't originally reply to any of my discord messages. As of typing this they have sent another email asking me to take down this review which I will not do. They also issued me a refund. 0/10 would not recommend.
