My payout was denied
My payout was denied due to a hidden rule that contradicted the advertisement, stating that the account had no consistency rule. They then used inconsistent trading as a reason to reduce the payout to 30% and reset my account. This is an unreliable and stingy company; compared to other companies in the same industry, they have only paid out around $6 million, while others have paid out tens or hundreds of millions.

Changing rules retroactively to deny legitimate payouts
I am extremely disappointed with how Futures Elite is handling payout requests. They are applying subjective criteria and inventing rules that are nowhere to be found in their official guidelines or FAQ. After meeting all stated requirements—including exceeding the daily profit thresholds—my payout was partially denied under vague claims of "gamification" in a funded account with no consistency rule... To make matters worse, they have unilaterally changed terms on legacy accounts mid-way, reducing maximum payout limits and applying new restrictions retroactively to accounts that were bought and passed under the original rules. As someone who trusted this prop firm and even brought in thousands of dollars in sales as an ambassador, receiving this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Traders deserve transparency and adherence to the terms they signed up for, not moving goalposts when it comes time to get paid. Do not buy here.

WORST FIRM! PLEASE believe every 1 star you see
PLEASE believe every 1 star review you see. This has honestly been the worst firm I have ever went with and I regret giving them my money. They have no problem taking your money, but when it’s time to pay you out, that’s when all the excuses start. They will bend the rules however they need to in order to deny your payout because all their rules are vague so they can come up with any excuse or rule breach bs to deny you. This is how they make their money. Their " no consistency" accounts are also falsely advertised in my opinion. They make it seem like you can trade without worrying about consistency, but when you actually make too much in one day, suddenly that becomes a problem and they start finding other reasons to deny your payout. What makes it even worse is that their own support team told me I was showing good risk management, but now their risk team is telling me that the way I trade isn’t permitted. So which one is it? One person tells you that your trading and risk management are good, and then someone else comes along and says your trading isn’t allowed. They literally say one thing and then do another. ( I have screenshots as proof) It honestly feels like everyone there is on a different page. They don’t even seem to know their own rules or how they’re supposed to determine when a rule actually applies. Instead of giving you a clear answer, they just look for a reason to deny the payout. If you don’t believe me, go look at their Discord and see how many people are complaining about denied payouts and people not even getting their live accounts. It’s not just me. When I tried to speak up about what happened, instead of actually helping me or addressing the situation, they tried to silence me and put me on mute for 24 hours on their discord. They have also tried to get people to change or remove their reviews, which I find extremely concerning. If customers have a bad experience, they should be able to share that experience honestly without being pressured to change their review. Their support is also horrible. They’ll tell you “we’ll get back to you” and then you won’t hear anything for days. You have to keep reaching out multiple times just to get someone to actually look into your problem. Then they’ll start working on it, stop responding, and you have to reach out again. It’s literally the same cycle over and over. Please save your money and go somewhere else. There are way better firms out there that actually respect their customers, know their own rules, and want to help instead of looking for every possible reason to deny payouts. I honestly don’t see this firm lasting if they keep operating like this. (P.S. if you feel mislead by this firm file a complaint through Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM));)
