AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The quality of the furniture is rubbish..my dining room chairs ripped within a few months even though they were hardly used. Customer Service no better. I could write a book about the problems I've had with them but they're just not worth it.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Furniture in Fashion. The table is very low quality and does not look or feel as expected. Delivery was also significantly delayed and changed several times, with poor communication throughout. Overall, the whole experience felt more like a scam than dealing with a professional furniture company. I would not recommend them.

Your order was placed on 31 July and delivery was completed on 8 August, which is within just 5 working days. Our stated delivery timeframe is 7–10 working days, so the order was actually delivered ahead of the estimated timeframe. We would also like to clarify that JBS2MAN Delivery is a professional courier service, and we have many customers who are happy with both their service and our customer service. Having reviewed the order, we have found no evidence of poor communication from either the courier or our team. Furniture in Fashion has been in business since 2007, and we are proud of the many customers who are satisfied with their purchases and the service they receive from us. Regarding your concerns about the table, we have not received any email from you reporting an issue or providing images. If you are experiencing any difficulty with the product, please contact our After Sales team and provide photographs of the table and details of the issue. Ordered a wall mounted parasol on the…

Ordered a wall mounted parasol on the 27th July....has soon has I see it was the evri courier, I thought here we go, anyway 10 days later 6th August, evri said they've lost my parcel, so the supplier sent another parcel, still waiting 20th August, evri said its out for delivery for the 26th August, I told them not to use this unless courier, they of course ignored me, looks like maybe both items where probably stolen...don't order from this site,Also never use evri...its a waist of time effort & a complete headache

We’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay with your order. After carefully looking into your order, we would like to clarify the situation. This item was dispatched directly by the supplier. As it was a direct supplier delivery, we are unable to choose the courier ourselves. The supplier initially dispatched the parcel with Evri, but unfortunately it was reported as lost in transit. We immediately contacted the supplier and requested that a replacement be sent. However, as the supplier controls the courier for these direct deliveries, we were again unable to select an alternative courier, and the replacement was also dispatched with Evri. We have already chased the supplier multiple times regarding the replacement delivery. The latest information provided to us is that the parcel is currently showing as in transit. The supplier has advised that they cannot process a refund or cancel the transaction until they have confirmation that the order has been cancelled and the goods have been returned to their warehouse. That said, given the continued delay, we will now contact the supplier again and request that they cancel the order and initiate the refund process. We would also like to clarify that this situation is not representative of the experience of most of our customers, who are happy with their purchases and our service. Unfortunately, courier issues can occasionally occur, and while the supplier dispatches around 30 orders daily with Evri, this type of issue does not occur with every order. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with the supplier to resolve this matter.

Excellent company

Excellent company! I have ordered and received two items from this company. One item was out of stock but I was kept informed the entire time and told when the item became available (earlier than expected). The other order was delivered very promptly. Both items arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I was very pleased with my purchases - excellent quality. More than happy to recommend this company.
