Great tool for understanding the full customer journey
I’ve been using Funnelytics to better understand how visitors move through different marketing funnels and website paths, and it has been very helpful. What I like most is that it makes the customer journey much easier to visualize. Instead of only looking at numbers in separate reports, you can actually see where traffic is coming from, which pages people visit, where they drop off, and which paths lead to conversions. It’s especially useful for ecommerce and CRO work because it helps identify the pages and paths that are performing well, but also the areas that need improvement. Once the tracking is set up correctly, the insights are much easier to turn into real recommendations. There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you want to go deeper with reports and tracking, but overall it’s a very strong platform for anyone who wants more clarity around their funnel performance. I’d recommend Funnelytics to marketers, agencies, and ecommerce teams that want to make better decisions based on the full customer journey, not just isolated metrics.

Valuable insights into paths by traffic sources
This platform allowed me to gain very useful insights into what visitors are actually doing on our Shopify stores. Unlike many attribution tools, it considers all touchpoints and doesn't give any bias to first or last touch. I also hear they're working on the 3.0 platform, which will luckily solve some of the challenges with the 2.0... I was also impressed by the customer support I got as well, which is one of the reasons they deserve 5 starts.

they dont answer mails - scam
they dont answer mails - i texted them over 5 times. i was asking for our refund cause they advertise a refund polica if not happy - nothing - no one - pure scam!

Pessimo servizio, pessima assistenza
Impossibile cancellare l'account, ma soprattutto impossibile avere assistenza - dal chatbot mi hanno scritto che avrei dovuto aspettare 3 ore (sì, 3 ore!) soltanto per sapere come fare a cancellarsi.

a lot of upsells and old ui
I first heard about funnelytics in 2020 and had it on my radar recently they had a lifetime deal but instead of lifetime the actual product they did it for a light version which was basically a mind mapping software with said 2020 user interface. After noticing that and cancelling they charged for another service that i wasn't aware of because of all those pop-ups to upsell you to integrations that weren't included so all in all I'd say it's a funnelmapping software with the UI of 2020 and to use integrations and anayltics it get's really expensive. If you don't need analytics inside your funnelmap any other mindmapping software will do it and if you nned to see conversion rates and put in the time you should look into google looker studio and build your on dashboard.
