The continued absence of communication is becoming an increasingly serious concern. Customers have reported being unable to access their accounts due to login issues, while many remain uncertain about the status of their funds because they cannot access their trading accounts. At the same time, emails, support tickets, and other communication attempts have reportedly gone unanswered. When a financial services company fails to communicate with its customers during ongoing account access problems, it naturally raises significant concerns about customer support and operational transparency. Until Fundscap Markets provides an official explanation, restores account access for affected users, and resumes normal customer support, clients should exercise extreme caution, preserve all account records and communications, and carefully consider the risks before making any new deposits.
