Binance Payment Completed But Account Not Activated - Need Finance Support
"I transferred 53.26 USDT via BEP20 to purchase a $5K Zero Instant Account. The transaction is completed on Binance (TxID: 0xe2ac39d3e758ce3f073e30503a9c832907180486a85a13cec7bd9ab7a557fc39) to their EVM wallet address. However, customer support is refusing to verify the transaction on the BSC network or activate my account, falsely claiming funds are lost. EVM addresses share identical private keys for ERC20 and BEP20. I am requesting the finance/technical team to manually verify my TxID and activate my account."

FundingPips permanently closed all of my accounts, claiming there was a “Device ID match” with another user. I have always traded my own accounts and requested a proper review, but only received generic responses stating that the decision was final. No evidence was provided, no meaningful explanation was given, and there was no real appeal process. I understand the need for anti-fraud measures, but permanently terminating every account without transparency or allowing the customer to defend themselves is unacceptable. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend FundingPips and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Technical issues and unfair daily loss calculations
I am really disappointed with my recent experience with FundingPips. First of all, the live chat support is very unstable. It’s impossible to get a straight answer when you need it most. More importantly, there is a serious issue with how they calculate the daily loss. Even if you stay well within the limits and manage your risk properly, they seem to count almost anything as a daily loss violation. It feels like the system is rigged to make you fail even when your actual loss is minimal.

Rules made to make you lose the account in the same day without being clear worst experience anyone could every live putting these 39 dollars into a live account is 100% better investment than buying a funded account from bunch of scammers that uses hidden rules ( equity max drawdown was never mentioned on the main page) which made me lose the account
