***EDITED**** Company got in touch and have sorted out my issue…. Changed my rating to 5 star as they quickly responded and resolved …Really sorry to have to leave a negative review but I am trying to get in touch about a return and the phone lines are not working and I have not received any reply from an e mail …. I have very often bought from this company and have not had any issues previously so really surprised and disappointed by the lack of after sales support. Would be greatful if you could answer my email or voice mail re order no. 1573341

I bought 13 month ago a Taylormade bag…
I bought 13 month ago a Taylormade bag and now I have a big hole in the taylormade bag they say the one year warranty is over so they cannot help me this is very bad because this kind of bag I only use in the Summer now for like 4/5 month. I will never buy anything here anymore.
