Warm and professional clinic
As a German/Dutch couple, we thoroughly evaluated the possibilities of an egg cell donation treatment and the locations (Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic). In Germany, this fertility treatment is not allowed, and in the Netherlands there are very few donors available and the waiting lists are long. Denmark was a natural choice to find a donor with characteristics similar to mine. Plus, open donation is possible; this way our child can decide to get more information about the donor once it turns 18. Once Denmark as a country was defined, we evaluated the clinics; there are several in Denmark. Many are very commercial, and most seem to be very professional. The clinic in Herning seemed professional, but also very human. In the very first minute we felt comfortable and the team around Tina is very warm and friendly. After a few online calls and emails, we travelled to Herning and we left the necessary semen at the clinic. Once we gave the go, the team started searching for a matching donor. Very quickly we received offers and could decide for one. I started my preparation in the Netherlands and once my uterus was ready, we initiated the treatment and travelled to Denmark for the first transfer. Again we had a very positive experience where the team welcomed us and explained everything very well. On the screen we could view how the egg was brought into my womb. Unfortunately, the first attempt didn’t lead to a pregnancy. There were no fertilised eggs left, which is why the team started to search for a new donor again. We received new offers very quickly again and picked one donor. I started my second treatment and once the uterus line was built we travelled to Herning once again. The lovely team welcomed us and the transfer happened, all very smooth and quick. After 11 days (from what I recall) we did the blood test again, and this time it was positive. When I write this review our beautiful son is 14 months old. We are very thankful for the great communication and support from the clinic. Obviously, with such a result it is easy to be very positive. But I felt that even though our journey would have been more complicated, the team would have been of great support. We had some issues with the invoices for the insurance so it’s important to check upfront what the insurance needs, if applicable.

Nous sommes un couple de femmes…
Nous sommes un couple de femmes habitant en France, ayant déjà eu un enfant par PMA au Danemark en 2020 et souhaitant en avoir un deuxième. La clinique danoise par laquelle nous avions eu notre premier enfant ayant fermé, puis ayant ensuite été déçues par une autre clinique danoise à Copenhague, notre choix s’est finalement porté après recherches et comparaisons sur la Freya Fertility à Herning, qui semblait avoir de très bons résultats et proposait des prestations à un prix avantageux. Tina, qui dirige la clinique, ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel, ont été très à l’écoute quant à nos souhaits dès le premier rendez-vous en visio, tout en nous apportant des conseils sur les meilleures méthodes à employer quand nous en avions besoin. En tenant compte de nos impératifs, ils nous ont préparé un programme PMA sur mesure et sont toujours restés très disponibles, réactifs et soutenants pour répondre à l’ensemble de nos interrogations et adapter le traitement afin de maximiser nos chances tout au long du parcours de FIV. À notre arrivée à la clinique qui est très moderne et accueillante et se rejoint facilement depuis Billund (où il y a un aéroport), nous avons été chaleureusement reçues par tout le personnel et prises en charge de manière très professionnelle, bienveillante, et individualisée. La ponction d’ovocytes s’est déroulée sans douleur (contrairement à nos expériences précédentes), nous avons pu faire un transfert d’embryon frais quelques jours après et je suis tombée enceinte de notre petite fille, née en parfaite santé, dès ce premier essai, alors que j’avais 40 ans passés et que d’autres cliniques n’étaient pas très optimistes. Pour avoir fait plusieurs parcours PMA dans plusieurs cliniques en France, en Espagne et au Danemark, nous ne pouvons que vivement recommander la Freya Fertility qui a été la meilleure de nos expériences tant sur le plan humain que médical. Nous ne les remercierons jamais assez pour notre second bébé, qui est venu compléter notre famille et nous comble de bonheur.

6 Sterne von 5! In der Klinik sind wirklich alle super nett und außergewöhnlich bemüht. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man wirklich als Person wahrgenommen wird und nicht nur als Durchlaufnummer. Antworten auf Fragen und Anliegen werden immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Auch als deutsche Patienten funktioniert alles absolut reibungslos. Sowohl die Ärztin als auch die Angestellten sind sehr kompetent- in unserem Fall ganz besonders Ditte! Vielen Dank- in 3 Wochen erwarten wir unseren kleinen Schatz!

Vi vil klart anbefale Freya fertility efter flere forsøg med alt mulig andet og mange års barnløshed er det nu lykkedes hos Freya vi følte os trygge og hørt hele vejen igennem, sødt personale. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen ved barn nr 2🤩
