I bought the life jacket for my French…
I bought the life jacket for my French bulldog. It fit, but did not keep her front half afloat and the face flap went completely under water. When I went to return it they said if the product had been used they can not do a refund. How are you supposed to know if a life jacket works if you can’t use it in the water. I will never buy from this company again. Their return policies are a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! not only did it take a very long time for me to receive my products but, a), their products are cheap and made in China (even though the company is in the US) do not fit even though i did all the measurements correctly! b) i didnt even receive my entire order; i never received the $70 frenchie carrier and after multiple attempts to contact the company telling them i never got it, they have not provided me with a refund! i will never buy from this company again so i warn you all NOT TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

They do not give you refund
They do not give you refund. They make it impossible. They want you to ship something back to china to get a refund. They want you to pay for the shipping cost and it cost $100 or more to ship something that’s literally 2 ounces in order for me to get my $25 back.

I ordered 2 containers of wipes and…
I ordered 2 containers of wipes and received 1 container...I notified them of the problem and they ask for a clear picture and I sent them that picture. They thank me for the picture and sent out a replacement for the missing one..Truly Great Company to do business with and always will give them my business...GREAT JOB!!!!!
