Four suitcases were found, we already paid for delivery, and almost a month later Foundspot still has not delivered them or given us a proper answer.
The four suitcases belong to me and my sister. They were located at Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), Italy, and we completed Foundspot’s process to have them shipped from Milan to us in Israel. We paid the shipping fees in full, and Foundspot provided us with tracking numbers. However, the tracking numbers do not work and provide no reliable information about where our suitcases actually are. It has now been almost a month. We have emailed Foundspot countless times asking where the four suitcases are, when they will arrive in Israel, and why the tracking numbers do not work. We receive no proper response and no meaningful assistance. Everything required from us has already been completed: the four suitcases were found in Milan, the shipment to Israel was paid for, and tracking numbers were issued. Yet almost a month later, we still have no suitcases and no clear information about their location. What makes this even more frustrating is seeing Foundspot actively responding to public reviews while paying customers with unresolved shipments cannot get answers to their emails. Foundspot, we paid you to ship four already-found suitcases from Milan, Italy, to Israel. Almost a month has passed. Where are our suitcases? Why don't the tracking numbers work? When will they actually be delivered? After countless unanswered emails, writing this review seems to be our only way to get your attention. Please contact us immediately, provide valid tracking information, and deliver our four suitcases to Israel.

Pague el envio a Foundspot de mi telefono y nunca lo enviaron, ni responden mis e-mails
Foundspot en Madrid me informo que habian encontrado mi tel. y el 27 de julio 2026 pague el envio premium a una direccion en Madrid, hasta hoy 12 de agosto no ha llegado y llame y escribi por e-mail a Fedex dando el numero de tracking y me contestaron que solo se creo la etiqueta desde Palma de Mayorca, pero que Fedex no ha recibido el tel. para proceder con el envio y que debería contactar con Foundspot. Al pagar prometian que se hará entre 48 y 72 horas exceptuado fin de semana. Escribí a varias direcciones de e-mail hace mas de una semana, que son las direcciones que aparecen para solicitar informes y simplemente no me han respondido nada. Yo ya tuve que regresarme a Suiza donde vivo y como veo las cosas parece una estafa y un engaño, se siente como que me hicieron pagar por el envio y se robaron ellos mi telefono. Es desesperante no tener ni una minima respuesta de una empresa que debería ser transparente ya que maneja objetos perdidos en muchos aviones de aerolineas importantes e internacionales. Es una verguenza para Madrid y España este tipo de maltrato.

Terrible service
Terrible service. After the confirmation of the object found, I paid the shipment, but I did not receive any confirmation. I tried multiple times to connect with foundspot, but no reply to my emails. Eventually I went to airport to get the object and they had no communication to ship from Foundspot. Still waiting for the shipment refund

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. FoundSpot’s website is so slow that, despite several attempts, the page would not even load properly. For a digital platform that is supposed to provide a public-facing service, this is just ridiculous — it took me ages to just fill in an outdated form, which was frustrating and stressful.

I left my Ipad on the plane
I left my Ipad on the plane. Thought I had it lost forever. But one week after the trip, I got a match with foundspot. They had found my ipad. One week later I had it back in Belgium! So very good service and easy website for the matching with the lost items. Very happy.
