Never delivered
This company never delivered the product. First of all, it took forever to receive a tracking email that they were going to deliver the sock that I purchased over a month ago, and to no surprise, they were never delivered. No picture taken of the product being dropped off on the porch, only an email from follow your legend telling me to check with the post office. Crap Service.

Scam site that ignores customers
Ordered the Alpaca Cloud socks on 7-20-26. Still haven’t received them, and they ignore all my requests to cancel my order or (in case I do receive them) how to return them. Horrible customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

The socks are very well made
The socks are very well made, thick padding and excellent craftsmanship. Processing and shipping was a bit slow. My biggest complaint is that the toe box does not seem to be any roomier than other sock that I have owned, which is the reason I purchased them.

No customer service, Super Delayed, STAY AWAY
I placed this order over a month ago. Since then, I emailed multiple times requesting cancellation due to the excessive delay, and those requests were ignored. The item has now finally shipped, with an estimated delivery more than a month after the original order date and they finally responded that it's on the way.
