A terrible waste of time
A terrible waste of time. I prepared myself for all the questions listed by Focal Fact but the very rude caller hung up after 8 minutes, without even reaching the second topic. If only Focal Fact had done their screening adequately, they would have identified the detailed scope to be discussed, and the waste of my time could have been avoided. If their clients provide an incorrect scope for a call, they should be liable to pay for minimum 1h, to make sure the agreed expert will get her/his time covered. Since the call last week, the Associate at Focal Fact has not responded to any mails, which underlines the unprofessionalism exhibited by this company.

Great experience working as an expert on this platform. The process from onboarding to getting matched with a client was smooth and well organized. My contact, Naman, was responsive and easy to work with throughout, communication was clear and the coordination around the call itself was seamless. The client consultation went well and was a good fit for my background. Payment was processed quickly and without any issues after the call. I'd recommend this platform to other consultants and subject matter experts looking to join a network that actually follows through on the details.

The introduction was very professional
The introduction was very professional. The explanation for how the service works and what to expect was more than acceptable. The team does a great job explaining what the client /topic is looking for, and are very sincere about achieving a good match between expert and client. This aspect is very important to me.
