We had an extremely disappointing experience
We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with our recent cake order. From the very beginning, I had to explain the instructions multiple times to different agents, as there seemed to be no internal communication, no notes, and no proper handover between staff. Every time I contacted the team, I had to repeat the same details again, which already showed a serious lack of coordination.Despite giving clear instructions including specifying that the motif must be blue and gold the cake was delivered completely wrong. Instead of the requested colors, we received a yellow and orange design, which was nowhere close to what was agreed. This was not a minor mistake; it showed that the team handling the order was unaware of the details and not aligned at all.When we returned the incorrect cake, the situation became even worse. I had to follow up repeatedly for the corrected version, and the agents could not even track the order. They had no idea where the replacement was, no updates, and no internal notes to refer to. Every employee I spoke to seemed unaware of what was happening and could not provide any information.Overall, this was a very bad experience disorganized staff, no communication, incorrect product, and complete confusion from the team. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as important and time‑sensitive as a customized cake order.
