Excellent quality, comfort and style. The chair feels very well made, with excellent craftsmanship and a premium finish. It’s extremely comfortable for long periods of sitting, while the sleek, modern design looks stylish and professional. A great combination of comfort, quality and aesthetics.

Just incredible
Just incredible, I broke the shelf part of my stand up desk extender by dropping it, I wrote them them and they sent me a whole new desk extender unit, not just the shelf but the whole thing!!! Just incredible customer service - world class! Thank you!

I echo the negativity with…
I echo the negativity with unprofessional customer service. If i was able to score minus five then I would. There are no contact numbers for head office . The form on their website doesn’t work. So you write out a reason why you are making a complaint and then it cannot be sent. How convenient. I have been waiting since June 26 and I’m still waiting to receive it August 26. I wouldn’t purchase anything from this company and I advise you don’t either. All you can do is contact customer service and this is a call centre in India or a similar country. If anyone does have the head-office number please let me know. KEEP AWAY! There is a massive percentage of customers who have given a 1 or 2 star review. That is not a few that’s hundreds of thousands of customers who have complained…… 🤔

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Desk malfunctioned and smelled burning. Got small electric shock. No response to message . Do not order through Amazon as they don’t respond promptly to problems.
