I was nervous about diving into video editing, but FlexClip made the whole process simple. It's like Canva, but for video, so I got comfortable with it quickly. I loved having access to so many fully customizable templates and thousands of stock assets, plus editing tools that helped my videos look exceptional. The auto captions really impressed me. They worked so well and made adding accessibility to my videos effortless. Highly recommend!

Ai字幕機能がフリーズして進まない。昨日までは2分程度ならできていたのに、サポートの提案をすべてやっても、何を改善してもAI字幕が生成されない。 本当に困る作業ができない。

I will not us Flex clips again. I feel he does not offer support atleast not when I sent support questions. He doesn't give subscription renewal notices and will notbrefund. Use at your own risk. Thank you for your response, but it does not address the real issue. The problem isn't that auto-renewal exists. The problem is how your policies are designed and enforced. In my opinion, a customer-focused company would send a reminder before charging for another year. That gives customers a fair opportunity to decide whether they want to continue. Relying on customers to remember a renewal date months or a year later benefits the company, not the customer. Likewise, I believe a fair company would honor a refund request made immediately after an annual subscription renews, especially when the customer contacts support the same day and has clearly not intended to continue the service. Instead, your response points to policies rather than addressing whether those policies are fair. Just because something is written in the terms does not automatically make it customer-friendly. Policies should exist to protect both the business and its customers—not to maximize revenue from customers who simply forgot to cancel an automatic renewal. My experience has left me feeling that your subscription and refund policies favor the company at the customer's expense. Until those policies change, I cannot recommend your service to others. You can certainly express your opinion forcefully, but it's best to avoid stating as fact that the company is intentionally "taking advantage of customers" unless you have evidence beyond your own experience. A stronger response is to describe why you believe the policy is unfair and let readers draw their own conclusions. Here's a firm response you could post: Writing Thank you for your reply, but I still believe you are avoiding the central issue. You say you "have to follow your current policies consistently," but those policies are created by your company. They are not laws—they can be changed whenever your company chooses. In my opinion, a customer-first company would send renewal reminders before charging customers for another year. It would also grant a refund when a customer requests one immediately after an annual subscription renews. Refusing a same-day refund may comply with your policy, but that does not make the policy fair. Saying "it's our policy" does not answer the concern. The real question is whether the policy treats customers fairly. From my experience, it does not. I paid for your service in good faith. When the subscription renewed, I requested a refund immediately, yet my request was denied. That experience left me feeling that the policy benefits the company more than the customer. I hope you reconsider these policies in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend FlexClip based on my experience. I appreciate that FlexClip ultimately refunded my subscription. However, I want to point out that this happened only after an extended public discussion here —not when I first contacted customer support or when I requested a refund immediately after the renewal. If FlexClip had the ability to make a "one-time exception" all along, then it also had the ability to resolve this fairly from the beginning. Instead, I had to continue responding publicly before my case was reconsidered. I'm grateful for the refund, but my opinion of the subscription and refund policies has not changed. I still believe customers should receive a renewal reminder before being charged for another year, and I believe a customer who requests a refund immediately after an annual renewal should receive one without having to fight for it or take the matter public. I hope FlexClip reviews these policies so future customers won't have to go through the same experience I did.

Avoid. Auto renewal setup without your authorisation. Option to switch off not available. Not informed of billing until the day they bill. Customer service will not refund you, but quote all the polices they have that favour them and NOT you.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
