Phenomenal service
Phenomenal service. The agents took the time to look into each issue and fix it. I feel some of the agents could use more training to make sure they follow some more best practice (i.e. re-enabling any plugins they disable) but they took the time to fix everything and got our website back up.

Amazing experience with Fixed!
We have been with Fixed for two years now, and we are really amazed. The speed of our web increased by 1025% and the support is more than my words can describe. We are no longer worried WHEN we have issues with our wordpress web: Fixed fixes it it no time. Having Fixed there, is a huge relief for us small companies doing everthing ourselves; running the business, struggling & fixing the web, cleaning the floor and feeding the cat. Now we worry only about running the business - and feeding the cat. Thanks Fixed!

Great service. Very fast, efficient and friendly . Whenever we have a technical problem with our websites we can't fix on our own or know it would take us too long, we contact fixed and their team. Last time the agent Unggul was assigned to my task and he fixed the problem super fast. Thanks!

These people are brilliant
These people are brilliant. My WP website had a virus and crashed. No one could help. Fixed.net cleaned it up, updated the version and PHP, migrated it to their own server and now maintain it for me. Their engineers are a pleasure to work with, nothing is too much trouble for them and they really know their stuff.
