Bloquer pour spam avec 5 demandes seulement...
J'ai envoyé 5 propositions à des personnes différentes pour le même travail pour gagner du temps et avoir des réponses le plus rapidement possible. Fiver bloque mon compte pour Spam... Je contacte le support afin de leur explique ma situation afin de pouvoir trouver une solution pour être débloqué, on me dit clairement: oui c'est frustrant mais c'est dommage on fait juste respecter nos règles aurevoir. Génial, je créé un second compte, on me le bloque parce que on a pas le droit d'avoir plusieurs comptes, l'ancien étant bloqué je ne considère pas que j'ai plusieurs comptes..... Du grand n'importe quoi qui empêche les professionnels de travailler, comme le dis d'autres messages de personnes ayant eu le même problème: on a pas le temps d'attendre 1h entre chaque message quand on a une demande urgente. Je suis donc dans l'incapacité TOTALE d'utiliser la plateforme.

Fiverr turns on paid ads without permission and steals money from sellers!Fiverr automatically enabled "Promoted Gigs" on my account without my consent or knowledge. They ran a hidden ad campaign, generated a negative balance (-$8.64), and completely blocked access to human support by hiding behind useless chat bots. This is an absolute scam and unauthorized financial deduction. Support refuses to investigate. Avoid this platform at all costs, they will drain your earnings whenever they want!

First job I commissioned a few years…
First job I commissioned a few years ago was good. The current job has been nothing short of a disappointment and a disaster. There is too much AI in both the execution of the artwork and in conversations with customer service. Never again. Humans are a much better choice. This platform is terrible these days.

Worst support in existance
Worst support in existance. You can go into the help center, there is a button to contact the support but it simply is deactivated. Same with the orders, i have a guy declining my order after he did not deliver a video after 1 1/2 months (4 days delivery time) and i can't even contact support. I press on resolve issue, click on request cancel, but the seller keeps declining. When creating that request there is a highlighted part saying (if nothing works contact support here) but again if you click on it nothing happens (it's also deactivated). so if you have a problem with a seller, your on your own. Support does not exist and you can fight with a guy in pakistan on your own to get back your money for a product that was not delivered. Biggest waste of time and money in my opinion.

Fiverr has become increasingly expensive. On top of the seller's price, buyers pay additional Fiverr fees. What bothers me most is that Gig prices often seem more like advertising than actual prices. You find a package that clearly covers your requirements, contact the seller, and suddenly receive a much more expensive custom offer. If almost everything ends up as a custom offer anyway, what is the point of displaying fixed Gig packages and prices? The platform is useful, but the pricing has become less transparent and increasingly expensive.
