Promotion to VP secured - with help of this program
I joined the Leadership Program when I was a Senior Project Leader at a boutique consulting firm with a clear goal: Make the leap to VP (principal). About 7 months later, I got the promotion. This program was a key part of getting there. It gave me the frameworks and real-world sparring I needed to start showing up as a strategic leader, owning outcomes, effectively managing up and down, and building client relationships rather than just executing on them. Heinrich and Johannes bring the same sharp energy you get from the YouTube content but go way deeper across every area. The group calls with peers at similar levels were really valuable. And the content library is honestly overwhelming in the best way, I kept my membership going well beyond the program just for that. Also worth noting their programs are not just for more senior people. The foundation they've built for junior consultants is equally strong, so it works across levels. Highly recommended if you're serious about leveling up in your career in consulting/advisory.

Building a consulting operator’s mindset, not just leadership theory
I joined Firm Learning's Leadership Program in 2024 and chose to continue because of its boot camp-like approach, which has proved valuable in my journey towards entrepreneurship. The program offered a clear roadmap to becoming a business owner in the strategy consulting space, while also helping me sharpen core capabilities I already relied, particularly problem-solving and communication. These improvements translated directly into higher-quality work and greater confidence in how I approached complex challenges. One of the program's strengths is the open-ended format of the live sessions. Instead of constraining participants within rigid frameworks, the discussions encourage honest exploration. Johannes and Heinrich create an environment that is both structured and psychologically safe. They deliver content with clarity and depth, without making it feel rushed, and have a rare ability to make participants feel comfortable enough to open up and engage meaningfully. They also embody the principles they teach, especially the idea of the trust equation, which gives the program a level of authenticity that I haven't seen before. The program is very comprehensive
The program is very comprehensive, covering all the major skills consulting firms require. Johaness and Heinrich are also very responsive to messages and requests for 1:1s. Their training has made me a more confident consultant and I would recommend it to anyone seeking to hone their consulting skillset
