Poor customer service - Will not refund
Spent a lot of money on gloves, mits, shields and a kick bag. The kit bag was damaged in transit (even sent cctv videos showing the bag did not move from when it was dropped of to being collected) and I have been refused a refund saying I need to claim from the delivery company. Totally washed their hands of us or assisting us. Avoid! Scammers

The website is ridiculous
The website is ridiculous. My son ordered some Adidas 12 ounce gloves, he chose the cheaper shipping option and didn't want shipping protection. When they arrived, after 5 days, they were the wrong gloves and I tried to contact customer service but there's no number, just email and was just getting generic responses. I then went into the website to order the correct ones thinking that my son has just ordered the wrong ones. Everytime I chose the correct gloves, cheaper shipping and removed shipping protection, I'd go to my basket and it had changed the gloves back to the small ones, charged me for express shipping and had put the protection back . It took me so long to actually order the correct gloves with cheaper shipping, and they still charged me shipping protection. I will never order anything from these again.

I brought my son some boxing boots and…
I brought my son some boxing boots and we have had them 3 weeks and already the stitching is coming unstitched. I emailed them and there reply was they cant do.anything as the boots wear used for activities that the boxing boots are ment to be used for. My son does boxing so dont see how thats NOT what they are ment for. It is rediculas I WILL NEVER BUY OF THEM AGAIN. Poor qulity products and dont even off to replace there faulty products. Would not recommend using them

As a boxing coach I purchase quite a lot of equipment for my son and the gym . The first time I have tried to return my sons fly boxing boots after 3 months and falling part, fight equipment first said that we had put them in the washing machine umm no we haven’t. Now saying my son has been putting them on without undoing the laces 🤦♂️ do not buy from these guys as won’t resolve any issues, will never buy from here again and will be getting my bank involved

No refund given for incorrect item received!! Horrible customer service
I purchased this item which was labeled SGL10, the item I received was SGS10, in my own previous experience the sgs10 don’t last anywhere near as long as the sgl10 (sgs meaning synthetic leather) I messaged the company and explained my issue that I have reviewed the wrong product, they wrote back to me and agreed the wrong product was sent to me and that they’ll provide me with a FREE returns label to ship the item back to them, I shipped the item back to them using this free returns label, only to receive a PARTIAL refund, they charged me for the return shipping and for the original shipping cost even though they sent me the wrong item and agreed the item was wrong before I sent it back to them? Buy your items elsewhere!!! If you order through this company and they send you the wrong item you will still be liable for postage both ways!!!! And then they will open your instagram messages and leave your messages unopened without a response! Absolutely pathetic customer service and definitely won’t be using this company again
