One of the best cross-chain exchanges ever, using this for a few years already. Always smooth and easy to use experience, never had money stuck or other problems. Never needed to contact support lol. The ones complaining surely have reading problems

This site is a scam. They froze the $50,000 I was trying to exchange for no valid reason and still refuse to refund it. All of our funds are legitimate, and we have exchanged funds from the same wallet address through ChangeNOW and other exchange platforms without any problems. Yet they have locked up our $50,000, claiming they suspect fraud, and refuse to release it. If you want to lose your money, use this site. They process smaller transactions, but once you send a large amount, they scam you. They are absolute scumbags.

Status indicators are incorrect, repeatedly unreliable and delayed XMR-to-USDT/Polygon exchange, chat issues
Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with FixedFloat on my last few exchanges either. However, I want to preface this by saying that I always received my money in the end. However, the status indicator on ff.io didn't work correctly on the last four exchanges (XMR -> USDT/Polygon). The receipt was confirmed correctly and quickly, then it switched to "Waiting for confirmations," counted up the confirmations (20 are required for XMR, as stated on the explanatory page), and then simply continued counting up to 30 and then stopped ... 12 hours ... 24 hours ... In all cases, I contacted support, and here's where the next problem arose: the chat often wouldn't open (it just spins endlessly). I tried using three different browsers — Firefox, Floop, and Brave — and with a bit of luck, it worked after several attempts. Alternatively, you can try contacting them via email, but you should explicitly state that you don't want to be referred to the chat because you can't open it. Otherwise, that's the standard response ("Please contact us via chat")! Unfortunately, the email response time is also much slower (about a day) than the usually very good response time via chat. In any case, the subsequent processes varied. In some cases, it turned out that the transaction had apparently already continued in the background and had by then been completed (with a more or less significant delay). And indeed, this could be confirmed by simply reloading the page manually. Because then — after re-verifying that I was a human — the status changed to "Completed" and also displayed the TxID of the outgoing USDT transfer. In the last case, however, it remained stuck on "Conducting exchange" even after manually refreshing the page — for hours. Fortunately, the chat worked in this case (in the third browser I tried!), and after a brief review, I was informed that the case had been forwarded to the technical specialists. Shortly after – after manually refreshing the page again – the status changed to "Completed," but without displaying the TxID of the USDT transfer. Only the TxID of my incoming XMR transfer was visible. I chatted again, and they asked for a little more patience, as the amount would be paid out. The next morning, still nothing, so I contacted them again... they said the amount would be paid out within the next 2-3 hours. And that's exactly what happened! All in all, though, this has become a bit too risky for me, and I probably won't be using ff.io for exchanges in the future, even if I might get slightly worse conditions elsewhere. For example, lizex.io only requires 10 confirmations for XMR exchanges, and baltex.io even only 5. I've used both of them several times now and had my crypto exchanged within minutes. No hours of nail-biting uncertainty, endless chat sessions (if they even work at all), or waiting around a day for an email response. And: The longer the exchange takes, the more unpredictable the final exchange rate becomes. I always try to exchange when the XMR rate is particularly high for me. But if the exchange then takes a whole day, the rate can be much lower again. (Translated with a translation tool.)
