Pessimo prodotto e servizio clienti da vergogna
Ho acquistato un collare personalizzato per il mio cane alla modica cifra di 40€ Intanto parto dicendo che vogliono far credere che il prodotto è fatto a mano in Italia in realtà è un collare della qualifica uno di SHEIN che però almeno costerebbe 4€, infatti viene fatto e spedito dalla Cina. Il collare l’ho comprato lilla con le lettere giallo burro, ho ricevuto un collare viola con lettere giallo fluo che fa a dir poco pena inoltre la chiusura doveva essere a clip invece è a cintura. Chiedo di fare il reso e iniziano a inventarsi delle cavate a profusione proponendomi rimborsi parziali RIDICOLI rispetto alla cifra pagata e vanno avanti così finché non annuncio che mi sarei affidata al mio legale, solo lì magicamente ho ricevuto il rimborso. Sconsiglio vivamente questo sito e i loro pessimi prodotti.

Inizio col dire che dal sito fanno intendere che i loro prodotti siano 100% made in Italy quando in realtà arrivano dalla Cina. Ti raccontano la favoletta del fatto a mano per giustificare i lunghi tempi di preparazione e consegna quando il tutto è pensato semplicemente per giustificare la spedizione dalla Cina con tempi biblici. Assistenza sempre gentile e presente finché un paio di giorni fa, dopo che la consegna del pacco era in netto ritardo, ricevo da parte del corriere la conferma che è stato perso. Giro i documenti di conferma smarrimento all' assistenza per chiedere il risarcimento e magicamente non mi risponde più nessuno. Non posso fornire informazioni sulla qualità dell' oggetto ma fossi in voi ci penserei molto bene prima di spendere 60€ per un "gioiello" made in china.

Lower Quality than Advertised
I purchased a custom piece after my dog passed away and after around 12 months the eyelet that the hook attached to had almost worn through, meaning that it was just a short while away from snapping off from the hook completely and potentially being lost. I emailed Feyral to ask if they could offer a replacement or repair and they refused, stating that its of high quality and I must have mistreated the necklace or used it improperly. The engraving was great quality but the material its made from wears out very fast so it doesn't last long, its not the keepsake for a lifetime that they sell it as. Thw customer service is terrible too. You just get generic responses back. Im almost certain the replies are AI generated and the people on the other end dont speak my language because nothing makes sense when its received.
