Absolutely vile company
Absolutely vile company - total scam I noticed several payments going out of my bank account to these people. I had never heard of them, so I looked them up. Without a shadow of a doubt I have never used this company for anything. I am simply NOT INTERESTED in their products. I use very specific brands of my own. I chased them up and they claimed I had bought a gift card - which I categorically hadn't - and then had joined their subscription. How they get away with these lies is beyond me! So after multiple complaints, emails backwards and forwards and several weeks later, they did pay back about half of what they had taken form my account. So they obviously realise they are in the wrong. Interestingly, they only way they were prepared to give me my money back, is if I wrote a good review of them - what a joke. Like a good little girl, I complimented them on at least paying me back some of my money and, after multiple attempts, finally refunding me, in part, at least. I did warn them very specifically, that if they did not refund me in full, I would ensure that a more comprehensive review would be placed here. Needless to say they have not paid me back everything and the above is a true account of my dealings with this company. I reiterate, I do not, have not and would not ever use this company as I have no interest in their products, I most certainly did not buy a gift card as I have no need of one (and if I had, where is it please??!) and I most certainly do not recommend this company.
