Complete lack of care and professionalism Communication with this company appears to be non-existent, or potentially AI-generated. After sending multiple emails regarding my product and delivery, it feels like no one has actually read what I have written. I am simply told to wait. I subsequently contacted Australia Post and, as an Australian customer, was advised that they had not received the physical parcel and that the shipping label was the only thing that had been created by the sender. I have repeatedly requested that my order be cancelled and refunded, but instead received another generic response telling me to wait. I will not deal with this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. A complete lack of care, support and professionalism.

Beware of the returns policy.
Beware of the returns policy. I ordered 3 make up brush cleaners and waited for delivery, and waited, and waited. When they finally arrived they were in damaged boxes, the packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and the items themselves were of very poor quality. As these were intended as presents I applied for a return. They were originally supplied from the Netherlands but I was expected to return them to South Carolina, tracked package, at my own expense. The cost of returns is greater than the cost of the item.

This product saved me from my rosacea acne! - I have stopped taking Doxycycline which helped but did not stop symptoms - perhaps the combination worked? All I know is that I have my skin back under control. Very happy customer! Quick delivery-good value.
