Stay away if you are serious about your label
Stay away if you are serious about your label Repeated distribution errors, releases delivered to Beatport under the wrong genre despite correct metadata, and almost nonexistent support when things go wrong. These mistakes can directly affect promotion, sales and charting, while emails asking for help simply go unanswered. Running an independent label is hard enough without having to fight your own distributor. After our experience, I would strongly recommend labels stay away from Feiyr.

Der Support wurde bereits mehrfach kontaktiert. Sogar mehrere Briefe per Post. Ich möchte nur meine Songs aufgrund des sehr schlechten Supports da weg haben! Keine Chance, sie reagieren NULL! Sie antworten NUR auf negative Bewertungen. Dafür scheint Personal da zu sein also bitte ich hier nach über einem dreiviertel Jahr endlich um Mitteilung eines befugten Mitarbeiters. Ich habe den Vertrag ausserordentlich gekündigt aber sie wollen viel Geld um meine Songs da rauszunehmen trotz der ausserordentlichen Kündigung wegen des sehr schlechten Supports!

Feiyr ein totes Kommunikationsnetzwerk
Es gibt weder einen telefonischen Service, noch werden schriftliche Anfragen nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung von Feiyr beantwortet. Der KI-Support ist miserabel und eine termingebundene Kommunikation eigentlich nicht möglich. Feiyr behauptet zwar immer von Anfragen überlastet zu sein, aber wenn ein Unternehmen nicht mehr mit der Kundschaft zusammenarbeitet, sollte es den Betrieb einstellen. Ein unmöglich miserables Unternehmen.

Marks all of my music including legendary vintage cover songs as AI/SEO, yep a Sinatra tune too, and rejects it; they possibly added my IP address to spam databanks?
AUG 18 UPDATE: A staffer politely wanted to research this for me. How all stores rejected me when RouteNote gets approval remains impossible. Not ONE store? Classic cover songs and a commonly used English word title all got "SEO" manipulation. Thank you so much for checking, but I can't use FEIYR with 24/7 weird rejections. ☹️ ORIGINAL REVIEW: The people here seem really "nice" assuming they didn't add me to the spam databanks but I'm suspicious they did because it was an hour after letting them know I sought chargebacks on my credit card, so it's heartbreaking to me that I cannot use them because of FEIYR's rigid system and that I’m uncertain how “nice” the nice is at the end of the day. I am presently switching from another distributor and tried to divide my work with Routenote and FEIYR. FEIYR's system keeps saying that my work is rejected for being AI / SEO problematic. I'd like to know how, because these releases I was transferring were all made predating AI tools' popularity years ago. It's very AI paranoia over by whoever is saying stores are rejecting this. With how RouteNote is successfully getting my old music catalogue from the 2010’s transferred over, it is impossible that stores are rejecting my work, and that 100% of stores are on all of these releases. Not ONE store approves? Come, the Anhgami team is lovely to me. Someone human is rejecting my work, and I suspect it’s FEIYR or the people they outsource moderation to. The problem is, FEIYR returns your money like a decent respectable business that it is, yay! But it's stuck in credits. You cannot use credits on music if they're going to keep saying everything is AI/SEO/blah. One of my singles had one common English word in the title and was apparently violating SEO and AI. I'd like to know how a common word people say daily violated SEO. None of the excuses hold up. One “AI, SEO!” release consisted of public domain Tin Pan Alley cover songs including a Cole Porter number. FEIYR doesn’t seem to Google song titles at all before shouting off into SEO manipulation / AI paranoia. Or you know, ask me? With how many Spotify covers there are from the classic artists I covered, I’m not buying the lie stores rejected that one. YOU LIKELY DID. FEIYR moderators act like the world began in an alternate cinematic 2026 with AI composers on the loose, and nobody made music before that. You have to ask, if they think everyone is AI, why not just stick to books and quit distributing music? I’m fuming because for crying out loud, it’s Cole Porter. COLE FREAKING PORTER. And you can’t even recognise one of his biggest hits isn’t AI composition or since you live under a rock, Google it? One of the public domain songs I covered was a Sinatra tune. I am so shaking my head. So for me to get my credit, I had to this morning do chargebacks for all fills I had into the FEIYR account. My credit card did so immediately when I explained the situation and repasted what FEIYR was saying as "service not provided," because it wasn't. I paid for my music distribution. Nothing came of it. I cannot use store credit for people so paranoid of AI, they refuse to release any of my work. Should I be flattered people think I'm a robot? I guess? My genres I cover aren't really big on AI music, at the very least not of the material I was sending off to FEIYR. Some of my RouteNote releases, one might argue that, but no, not here. I love supporting EU based businesses and people outside of the NYC/LA coastal USA global monopoly. But it's difficult when the nicest staff you can imagine who made you excited to use their services won't let you use what you are paying for. Not to mention, one of the albums' tracks was all original music about public domain literary titles. I wrote music inspired by old books about fictional characters. So if you want to argue SEO manipulation on that specific release, that's impossible. You can legally release music inspired by classic literature and the stories in them. I'm not breaking any laws anywhere or fooling anyone into thinking anything. None of my releases were SEO, AI, or overload! NOT ONE. I cannot wait for AI paranoia to go away. Now about that spam database listing. I e-mailed them this morning for a refund. It went through. When I sent them an update politely making them aware of the credits, I got this autoresponder - "Message blocked. Your message to **** has been blocked. See technical details below for more information. This email was rejected because it violates our security policy The IP address ******* is listed in the following lists: SpamCop, Bonded Sender, MailSpike" I e-mailed ONE work professional I am on good terms with yesterday or this morning before contacting FEIYR. One hour later, I’m on the spam lists. SpamCop said my IP was added in the last 24 hours. What a “coincidence.”

Wenig bis kein Support!
In den letzten Jahren hat Feiyr sich extrem negativ entwickelt, der Support meldet sich über mehrere Wochen und Monate nicht, was mich sehr ärgert. So lässt sich nicht zusammenarbeiten. Besser wo anders hingehen!
