I would seriously think twice before…
I would seriously think twice before buying a FEELWORLD product. I ordered a BRAND NEW P6XL and received one that had already been returned by another customer. FEELWORLD confirmed this to me themselves. It also had two pretty bad scratches on the bottom and was missing some of the accessories that should have come with a new monitor. What has really pissed me off is how long this has taken to get resolved. I contacted them right away, and after going back and forth they told me that if I wanted a new monitor, I would have to return this one first and then wait for them to receive it before they would send the replacement. That means waiting several more days just to get the monitor I originally paid for. I told them I’m extremely busy and don’t have time to make a separate trip just to return a monitor that I never should have received in the first place. I even offered to dispose of this one through my work’s e-waste and just have them send me the new one. They refused. Instead, they offered me 15% off, then 20% off, to keep a used, scratched monitor that I paid for as NEW. I’ve bought several FEELWORLD monitors before and have trusted the brand, which is why this has been so disappointing. I’m a videographer and rely on this kind of equipment for my work. I expected much better from a company I’ve bought from multiple times. At this point I’m seriously reconsidering buying FEELWORLD products again. If this is how they handle it when they send a customer a used product that was supposed to be new, I would personally look at other brands before buying from them. I’m still giving them an opportunity to fix this, and if they actually resolve it I’ll update this review. But as of right now, I absolutely would not recommend buying directly from FEELWORLD.

FEELWORLD? More like FEELGOOD (eventually)
I ordered a FEELWORLD LUT7 sunshade fully expecting the usual SF Express drama — phantom scans, mysterious “handover events,” and the traditional period of existential uncertainty while your parcel wanders Asia like it’s backpacking. To my absolute shock, SF Express behaved themselves, handed it to EVRI, and EVRI delivered it well within the promised timeframe. Efficient. On time. No nonsense. I’m still recovering. The hood itself is made from plastic so thin it probably apologises when you touch it, and the adhesive has all the commitment of a polite handshake. But once you outsmart the design — bracket off, hood, bracket back on — the LUT7 suddenly looks surprisingly cinematic, like a proper field monitor instead of a budget accessory. Mounted on my Panasonic HC‑X1, the whole setup instantly became top‑heavy enough to qualify as a full ENG rig. At that point, I stopped pretending my lightweight tripod could cope and moved straight to the BENRO KH25P, where the LUT7 + hood combo now sits proudly like it’s ready to chase politicians down a pavement. FEELWORLD: questionable engineers, excellent couriers. Five stars for punctuality, honesty, and unintentionally giving me a DIY puzzle that now looks fantastic on a professional ENG tripod.

Bad shipping and wrong item sent.
I ordered a monitor and Feelworld switched a shipper without asking me which created a 2 day delay and when I got it it was a wrong model. It's now too late to exchange it as i need to travel this weekend. Extremely frustrating experience.

Feelworld forgot to tell that the screen fw568 pro need a battery on backside. So you have to buy a Batteri like Sony NP-F750 battery and you also have to buy a battery charger for the battery example DÖRR Li-ion Batterilader til NP-F550/NP-F750/NP-F970 Or the Screen will empty you battery on camera very fast if you try whitout, The FW568PRO didnt have an arm in box only a ordinary fix to attach camera. So Im delay to try the screen have to wait for sparepart.
