The FeedArmy saved the day!!! We got suspended from Google Merchant Center on a very obscure reason "misrepresentation" which made no sense to us. 2 failed appeal later we were down to our last appeal before the suspension became either permanent or at the very least extended. Luckily I stumbled on a video Emmanuel had done about a similar Merchant Center issue and we decided to hire his team. Emmanuel was very quick and knowledgeable in his responses. His team found all types of anomalies on our website that we wouldn't have even noticed but could have potentially caused flags to go up with Google. He sent us a 40 point plan, literally 40 things to change/update/add, and after following his points, we immediately won our appeal. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

Working with FeedArmy has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. We needed our Google Merchant Center feeds updated to meet the new 2026 requirements, and Emmanuel handled the entire process with exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. From the very beginning, Emmanuel took the time to understand our business, explain what needed to be changed, and implement every required update quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was that nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question we had was answered promptly, and every issue we encountered was dealt with thoroughly. What impressed us the most was that Emmanuel didn't just complete the work we originally requested, he went far beyond the agreed scope. He identified several potential issues that we hadn't even considered, proactively resolving them before they could become problems. That level of expertise and initiative is incredibly rare and undoubtedly saved us a significant amount of time, money, and future headaches. His knowledge of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and the latest compliance requirements is second to none. It gave us complete confidence that our feeds were fully optimised and compliant with Google's latest standards. The value for money was exceptional. Considering the amount of work undertaken, the technical expertise involved, and the additional improvements made beyond the original brief, the service represented outstanding value. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about achieving the best possible outcome rather than simply ticking off a list of tasks. Communication throughout the project was excellent, deadlines were met, and every aspect of the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Emmanuel's commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience stress-free. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending FeedArmy and Emmanuel to anyone needing help with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, or e-commerce integrations. We will certainly be using their services again for future projects, and it's reassuring to know we have an expert we can rely on whenever we need assistance. Thank you again, Emmanuel, for your outstanding work and dedication. It's been a pleasure working with you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Emmanuel and FeedArmy. I was struggling with a Google Merchant Center suspension and had spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong. Emmanuel carefully reviewed my website, explained the issues clearly, and provided detailed, practical guidance on what needed to be fixed. One thing I really appreciated is how thorough he is. He pays attention to even the smallest details because he wants everything to be as close to perfect as possible. Sometimes he pointed out things that seemed minor, but I came to realize those details help make your website look more trustworthy and compliant with Google's policies. Following his recommendations, I made a lot of improvements to my website, including increasing transparency, improving our business information, updating our About Us page, adding appropriate disclaimers, and fixing several compliance issues. I implemented around 80% of his suggestions, and my Google Merchant Center account was approved. I'm still working through the remaining recommendations because I believe they'll make my website even stronger. What I appreciated most was that his advice was based on Google's policies rather than guesswork. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. If you're having Merchant Center or Google Shopping issues, I would definitely recommend working with him. I'll certainly be reaching out to him again for future projects, including Google Ads, because I trust his expertise.

I engaged Emmanuel at FeedArmy for a Google Merchant Center reinstatement consultation following a misrepresentation suspension. The technical audit identified several genuine issues including a brand mismatch against GS1 registered GTINs, a free returns contradiction, structured data SKU mismatches, and robots.txt issues. These findings had real value and were worth investigating. However the consultation was clearly template based rather than tailored to my specific situation. A significant oversight was the failure to identify incorrect instalment pricing displayed on my product pages. Klarna was showing £200 example plans instead of my actual product price and Shop Pay instalments were displaying amounts that did not add up to the correct total. Google's automated systems check every price reference on a page and this type of inconsistency is a known misrepresentation trigger. A thorough audit should have caught this. Additionally some recommendations were not grounded in Google's published policies. Advice to wait 3 to 6 months for domain age and to accumulate 50 reviews before submitting are not stated Google requirements and caused unnecessary delay for a legitimately compliant new business. Emmanuel communicated professionally and responded promptly but the consultation felt like a standard checklist applied generically rather than a deep analysis of my specific account. Three stars because the core technical findings had genuine value but the audit missed a critical price display issue that may have been contributing to my continued suspension.
