What I like best about Fathom is how it…
What I like best about Fathom is how it automatically provides highlights, a full transcript, and a clear summary of the meeting. It saves me a lot of time because I don't have to take detailed notes while the meeting is happening, and I can easily go back and review the most important points, decisions, and action items afterward. I also really like how organized and easy to use everything is.

Great tool but Terrible support
I've been a fathom customer for years, and I absolutely love the product. It has been core essential to our business. And with a lot of products that are like this, they're fantastic when they run well, but when there's a problem, this is what truly defines a company. And what I'm finding is for the first time today, I've got a big problem. And the best that I can get from their company is we might email you back tomorrow. There's no live support. There's not even a good AI support. even asking fathom AI. It says you need to contact support. I've been through support. I've generated three emails. They need a live chat. They need somebody that can actually respond to calls when there's an emergency or when there's an urgent situation that needs handling. Today, my fathoms down. I can't add it to any impromptu meeting (which has always been a problem). I've had three meetings today that fathom did not record. That's a first for us. So I have to give them credit, out of five hundred plus meetings. This is the first time this has happened. In addition to that, the desktop widget is horrible. Absolutely horrible. Most of the time, it doesn't launch. When it does launch, it's invalid. It disappears. It just is so kludgy compared to the rest of the platform. I'm finding it hard to believe that an AI based company can't roll out new features and updated features and bug fixes faster. So I do recommend try them. But I really feel sorry for you if you have an issue like I do.
