Way over priced
Way over priced. Its bulky, cards dont access easily and i just plain do not like it. I would send it back for 20% of what I paid for it. Buy a different brand

Lose The Leather!!
Lose The Leather!! I needed to replace my old wallet and was tired of having to replace cards that were warped and bent from being carried around. After a bunch of research I stumbled upon Fantom. I liked the fanning of the cards, loved the look, and it’s made in Canada!! The quality is exceptional. I bought the Fantom X with the cash holder accessory in Walnut. There was a little hiccup with my cash holder accessory. The opening to slide the cash out had a very sharp burr left on it from the tooling I suspect. I took a couple of pictures and emailed them to Randy at customer service. I took the burr off and had no issues with the anodized finish being removed. Yet Randy offered to send me a new one at no cost right away. I’ve read the reviews about poor customer service, however this has not been my experience at all. They were very quick to respond(1 day), and I am more than satisfied with my outcome, and look forward to many years of ownership.

Terrible customer service
⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable. I paid $140 for a Fantom Wallet M with a money clip. After only a short time, one of the tiny screws holding the money clip fell out, making the wallet useless. For two full weeks, I’ve emailed, called, and left messages. All I’m asking for is a single screw. Not a replacement wallet. Not a refund. One screw. No response. Nothing. This is supposed to be a “premium” product, but the quality and customer service are a joke. If Fantom can’t be bothered to send out a basic part or even reply to a customer, that tells you everything you need to know. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind what they sell.
