Terrible customer experience
This company is impossible to deal with. They sent the wrong items and have tried to convince us that there is nothing we can do to return it. Even with email evidence shown they do not accept any responsibility. They now just ignore and do not respond to any communications. I would avoid purchasing anything through them. We have had no choice but to start legal matters in hope they will actually do something.

Missing order
I have a problem with my order. I bought 2 gas spring 21 May. Time to delivery was 3-4 weeks. I still don't know what happend with my order. I send many emails and nothing.

Strongly advise against business
I strongly advise against doing business with Famaga Group. My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and feels like pure theft. I purchased an item from their eBay storefront, but the courier returned the package to them mid-way through transit. As soon as I realized this, I messaged them on May 10th, well within eBay's 60-day return window, asking for a refund. They completely ignored me. I had to send multiple reminders, and they conveniently only replied on June 22nd, right after the eBay return window had permanently closed. They admitted their warehouse received the returned item but blamed a lack of internal workflow for not notifying me. Then, they used the closed eBay return window as an excuse to refuse a cash refund. They completely disregarded the fact that the window only closed because they ignored my initial messages for over a month when we could have easily resolved it. Instead of a full refund, they told me they were deducting the shipping expenses from my money and told me to pick substitute items for the remaining balance. Even though I found this deeply unfair since none of this was my fault, I agreed and selected new items just to get this over with. Once I gave them my selection, they promised to contact me the next day to solve it. Since then, they have completely ignored my follow-ups. They have their product back, they kept my money, and they refuse to communicate or issue the refund they owe me. Avoid this seller at all costs; they will ignore your messages until your buyer protections expire and then keep your funds.

PROBABLY A SCAM. Non existent customer service.
We placed an order online on June 19, 2026 and the credit card was charged immediately but no product has been received. We've reached out by email, but have not received a reply; the phone numbers listed don't work and we don't know how to get in touch to get an ETA or a refund.

Très mauvaise expérience avec FAMAGA.
Très mauvaise expérience avec FAMAGA. Nous avions initialement un délai de 2-3 semaines. Au final le délai n'est pas du tout respecté. Je demande un remboursement et ils ne veulent pas le faire et me disent que la commande est partie alors que cela fait un mois que j'ai demandé le remboursement.... Je ne vous recommande pas du tout cette entreprise.
