Fantastic bit of kit
Ordered the wireless rear view camera kit. Delivered very quickly with clear installation instructions. I was a little sceptical as I have a large caravan towed by a pickup. The distance between the camera and monitor is probably about 10 metres. Having been on a trip, the camera and monitor performed flawlessly . I'm seriously impressed.

Wireless Rear View Cameras Supplied and Fitted
Messaged Falcon on Monday. Wanted their wireless rear view camera fitting on our twin axle caravan plus an extra camera to go at the side of the caravan for when we turn corners. Also wanted the wire in the car hardwired to the car's ignition, so no wire hanging down and getting in the way. So I messaged on the Monday all above supplied and fitted at my address in Manchester on the Wednesday!!! Now that's what I call service! Got a message from Chris from Falcon on Thursday morning to check that I was happy with everything...never known a company that gives such great customer service and so quick! Can not recommend them enough!

4g router
Ordered the 4g router. Arrived quickly with easy to use instructions. I had previously used an EE sim in a mobile broadband device, using that same sim in the falcon unit I got much faster speeds that are consistent. Would definitely recommend

Helpful staff at the stand at the Newark m/h show. Bought both the 5g internet and a powerstation. Not really tested the Internet yet except in this country and did get a better reception than my phone connection so hopefully this will be great in Europe . Very happy with the power station and have used for an electric cooking plate, cool box, cpap machine and total cool fan and coped with no problems. Would definitely use this company again.

Unresponsive Complaint to Falcon.
I recently purchased the Falcon Portable Power Station at the Norfolk Motorhome Show. The salesman Simon explained to me that I could connect the solar charging cable to my existing solar panel through my Steca Solar Regulator, so I purchased the charging cable at a cost of £200. The technician subsequently came to my motorhome and installed the cable, but within 2 hours my 2 leisure batteries had gone from a healthy 13.5 down to 10.2 volts. I spoke to Simon the following day, he said that because there was very little sun most probably this was the problem, the problem was that the split wiring should not have been connected into the regulator, according to the Steca Manual you should not connect any other rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries into the regulator. I then had to contact my dealer and arrange the installation of 2 new leisure batteries, also they checked and disconnected the falcon cable confirming that it should not have been connected into the regulator which caused total discharge of my batteries. Clearly I was given the wrong advice and the falcon technician did not know what he was doing. As we are currently living in our motorhome this caused great inconvenience to us not to mention a lot of extra cost. I wrote to Falcon with my complaint on Wednesday 29th.July and sent a reminder last Monday 3rd.August, to date I have received no acknowledgement whatsoever to my complaint.
